CONSULTANCY


LGBTQIA+ Inclusive Sexuality Education: I offer consultancy sessions for individuals, organisations, businesses, and groups to ensure all content is LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I provide guidance about education modules, content, educator/ facilitator training and checking whether resources are LGBTQIA+ friendly, with a focus on:

+ Ensuring inclusive language

+ Providing training around common LGBTQIA+ terms and sexuality education content specific to this area

+ Framing of activities, facts, statistics, information and content

+ Framing of LGBTQIA+ sexual practices, acts and relationships

+ Support for LGBTQIA+ educators within the organisation 

+ Support around active allyship and how to create an inclusive workspace, especially for LGBTQIA+ employees

+ How to create inclusive facilitator training
